Recruiter

Introduction

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 3-8 years of experience in managing end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Your role and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, scheduling, coordinating interview, managing docs and forms of selected candidates.
• Ensure offer is sent in speculated timeline and own candidates till onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent networks.
• Effectively communicating and keeping stakeholders updated.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and ATS records regularly.
• Work on volume hiring, niche hiring, or campus hiring as per business needs.
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Support recruitment projects, events, and process improvement initiatives.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
• Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience in volume hiring, tech hiring, or diversity hiring.
• Knowledge of market intelligence and competitor mapping.
• Experience with recruitment events (walk-ins, drives, hackathons).
• Proactive and result-focused
• Team player with a strong sense of ownership
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
