Project Manager-Application Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Partner with Architects, DevOps Engineers, Site Operations, Product Executives, and Offering Managers within an agile, multi-disciplinary squad to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Project Leadership & Delivery
  Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, while mitigating risks and removing roadblocks.
• Stakeholder Management
  Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Employee Engagement & Team Development
  Foster a culture of engagement and collaboration by designing and implementing initiatives that enhance developer satisfaction, team morale, and workplace experience.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Software Development Experience: Must have a background in software development or support to effectively drive engaging developer enrichment programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in software development or cloud-related environments.
• Proven track record in delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global team environment.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and AI-infused solutions is an advantage.
