Project Manager - EMEA Events & Logistics (Software Sales)

Introduction

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the EMEA HashiCorp business through the integration into IBM. This role will drive end-to-end project management, support regional execution plans, and manage logistics for strategic events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a strong track record of managing complex event programs across multiple countries. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and external partners to ensure exceptional event experiences that deliver measurable business impact.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Support EMEA event planning & execution - including third-party tradeshows,proprietary field events, executive dinners, roundtables, and roadshows.
  • Own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables - ensuring all events are executed on time.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to align event strategy with go-to-market objectives, account priorities, and pipeline acceleration goals.
  • Project manage integration activities to support the EMEA leadership team through the growth objectives into 2026 and beyond.
  • Ad hoc activities to support the EMEA LT including planning, logistics and other ad hoc activities as required.

Required technical and professional expertise

  • 4+ years of project or event management experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or software sales environments.
  • Proven success delivering high-quality events across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Strong understanding of sales objectives and the role of events in pipeline generation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-moving global organization.
