Introduction

As an entry level Product Manager supporting cross-portfolio initiatives for IBM Storage Hardware and Software, you'll contribute to strategic programs, learn from experienced professionals, and help improve processes that support IBM's product lifecycle.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Product Manager for cross portfolio initiatives, you will:

  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across product, engineering, marketing, finance, and support teams.
  • Track milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery and readiness for governance forums.
  • Facilitate decision-making by presenting trade-offs and impact analyses to stakeholders.
  • Enable product management teams through education, and adoption of transformation tools and methodologies.
  • Contribute to tooling and process optimization

Required education

Who You Are
  • A recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in product strategy and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Curious, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and communicating clearly with diverse teams.
  • Motivated to grow within a global technology leader and make a real impact.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Exposure to product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, or program coordination.
  • Familiarity with the Storage Industry, enterprise software or hardware environments is a plus
