• Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple product lines.

• Support software release planning and security compliance to align technical and commercial objectives.
Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the webMethods Hybrid Integration Product Management team. In this role you'll be working closely with a team focused on pricing and licensing strategy, ensuring that our offerings are competitive and continue to lead in the market.
IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration is a rapidly growing part of IBMs strong Integration business with leading market share.
This is a collaborative role where you'll work closely with Product teams, Engineering, Sales, Technical Sales, Marketing, Partner teams, and Customer Success.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
• Experience: 5+ years in product management, pricing, licensing, or related fields; experience in enterprise software preferred.
• Skills:
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Expertise in pricing strategy, licensing frameworks, and compliance.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Pricing Strategy Development & Execution
- Ability to design, model, and rollout pricing frameworks that maximize margins, accelerate deal approvals, and align with overall go‑ to‑ market objectives‑.
- Profitability‑ Analysis
- Expertise in conducting financial and cost analyses to set competitive pricing, define discounting policies, and provide data d‑riven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Sales Enablement
- Experience delivering precise pricing and licensing guidance, building/maintaining pricing tools, and supporting sales teams in negotiating and closing multiproduct, high‑ value‑ deals.
