Product Manager

This position involves contributing to Ibm z Data and AI Ops offerings, which empowers enterprises to rapidly adopt and operationalize generative AI on IBM Z®. The application simplifies deployment, integration, and monitoring of gen AI solutions, reducing development time and operational cost while improving efficiency.
Your role and responsibilities
As a product manager, you will be working with key stakeholders in defining the product strategy and roadmap, develop and manages the product lifecycle, and ensures it meets customer needs and business goals. Key responsibilities include market research, creating product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing development timelines, and analyzing product performance to drive improvements.

Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
7+ years of product management experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on building and shipping customer-facing experiences in B2B or Enterprise setting.
4+ years' experience eliciting requirements during real time collaborative sessions with stakeholders in Agile Development Projects.

Capacity to work closely with the development team and speak "their language"
Proven track record of shipping complex software experiences on schedule and at scale.
Ability to estimate work effort at project initiation stage as well as project milestones for business analysis/development activities with progressively improved variance to actual effort as scope and requirements are refined
Proven track record of delivering high volume, transaction-based systems
Strong object oriented analysis and design skills
Experience facilitating the development and documentation of use cases
Ability to present and explain project specific information to diverse types of audiences
Strong ability to define and document business and functional requirements, business process maps ("As-Is/To be") flows and diagrams
Ability to research, classify, and prioritize business, user and functional requirements
Solid analytical skills: able to define and track success metrics, interpret in-market data, work with telemetry, and translate insights into product improvements.
Excellent communicator and facilitator, comfortable driving alignment among senior stakeholders and across multiple disciplines.
Experience in software prototyping or innovation programs.
* Familiarity with AI-powered design and prototyping tools.
