Se requiere Procurement Manager, para liderar la estrategia de abastecimiento del sector farmacéutico altamente regulado. Esta posición será responsable de garantizar el suministro oportuno, eficiente y conforme a las normas de calidad, optimizando costos y gestionando proveedores estratégicos para soportar el crecimiento del negocio.

Este rol es clave para asegurar la continuidad de la operación, fortalecer relaciones comerciales de largo plazo y mantener estándares de cumplimiento regulatorio.

Responsabilidades:

• Definir e implementar la estrategia de compras alineada a los objetivos del negocio.
• Gestionar proveedores estratégicos: selección, evaluación, negociación y desarrollo.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas del sector farmacéutico y políticas internas.
• Liderar procesos de contratación, acuerdos marco y renovación de contratos.
• Administrar el presupuesto de compras y garantizar ahorros sostenibles.
• Liderar y desarrollar el equipo de compras.
• Definir y monitorear KPIs (Hard Savings, OTIF, tiempos de entrega, desempeño del proveedor).
• Gestionar riesgos de abastecimiento.
• Implementar proyectos de mejora continua.
• Coordinar con áreas internas para asegurar excelencia operativa y la calidad del servicio.
• Elaborar informes ejecutivos para gerencia y dirección.

Preferred technical and professional experience

REQUISITOS

• Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería, Finanzas, Farmacia o carreras afines.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en compras, preferiblemente en sector farmacéutico o industria regulada.
• Inglés de negocios - nivel avanzado (negociación, presentaciones, reporte ejecutivo)
• Experiencia liderando equipos.
• Sólida experiencia en negociación y contratación.
• Conocimiento de normativas y procesos regulatorios del sector.
• Habilidades analíticas, liderazgo y comunicación.
• Experiencia en sistemas de compras o ERP.
