As a Procurement Services Engagement Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our sales enablement efforts by creating compelling materials that showcase IBM's procurement outsourcing services. Your role and responsibilities

A sneak peek into this role:

IBM Business Process Operations (BPO) delivers Source-to-Pay process expertise to IBM's external clients as a world-class business process outsourcing provider. In this role, you will collaborate closely with GEO Leads and GEO Sales Enablement Leads, helping them prepare for sales pursuits by providing high-quality, engaging content.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Required technical and professional expertise

What you will bring to the team:

- 2-4 years of experience in creating sales materials, presentations, and marketing content.
- Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and video editing tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes (Source-to-Pay).
- Fluent English language skills.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience with the following are bonus points, but not necessary-you can learn them at IBM:

- Familiarity with procurement outsourcing services and shared service delivery models.
- Experience working in a global or matrix organization.
- Graphic design or advanced video editing skills.
