Procurement Professional (Source to Contract)

Your role and responsibilities

Focus on Contract Management including redlining and reviewing IPS BPO client's Terms & Conditions
Support Digital Middle Office operations, working closely with Sourcing Professionals and Senior Sourcing Professionals
Receive project details (RFQ packages) and execute sourcing events accordingly
Handle NDA/CDA creation requests and coordinate agreement completion with suppliers
Engage suppliers to support development of simple supplier scorecards
Conduct supplier financial health checks and reporting for low-complexity cases
Support middle and back-office procurement activities as required based on complexity
Incorporate market intelligence and supplier identification insights into sourcing activities
Perform sustainability and compliance reporting as assigned

Required technical and professional expertise

0-2 years of procurement or supply chain experience
Fluent in English communication (spoken & written)
Able to communicate in Mandarin language will be a bonus
*Basic knowledge of procurement operations or supply chain processes
