About the Role
IBM's fast-growing Process Intelligence Practice is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and expand our capabilities across go-to-market (GTM), delivery, and offering development. This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in process intelligence, process mining, and business transformation. You will be instrumental in shaping IBM's approach to helping clients unlock value through data-driven process insights and automation.

Your role and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for process intelligence solutions across industries and regions.
  • Partner with IBM sales, marketing, and alliance teams to identify target markets, define messaging, and drive client engagement.
  • Represent the practice in client briefings, industry events, and thought leadership forums.

Delivery Excellence

  • Lead complex process intelligence engagements, ensuring successful delivery and measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary teams including consultants, data analysts, and technology specialists.
  • Guide clients in leveraging process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, SAP Signavio, IBM Process Mining) and integrating insights into transformation programs.
  • Ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction, and adherence to IBM's methodologies and standards.

Offering Development

  • Collaborate with global teams to design, refine, and scale IBM's process intelligence offerings.
  • Identify emerging trends and technologies to evolve the practice's portfolio and capabilities.
  • Develop frameworks, accelerators, and best practices to drive consistency and innovation across engagements.
  • Contribute to internal training and enablement materials to build practice-wide expertise.

Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in process intelligence, process mining, business process management, or operational excellence.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale transformation or analytics projects.
  • Strong understanding of process mining platforms and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in developing GTM strategies and leading client delivery.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with tools such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, IBM Process Mining, or similar platforms.
  • Background in industry-specific process improvement (e.g., financial services, manufacturing, healthcare).
  • Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA, AI, workflow orchestration).
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, data analytics, or related field.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
