Principal Consultant - Automotive

Yesterday Roswell, GA

Introduction

At IBM, work is more than a job - it's a calling: To build. To design. To code. To consult. To think along with clients and sell. To make markets. To invent. To collaborate. Not just to do something better, but to attempt things you've never thought possible. Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the world's most challenging problems? If so, lets talk.

Your role and responsibilities

The Principal Consultant will demonstrate strong leadership with the ability to collaborate across teams performing work for our clients, particularly in the Automotive industry. You will have advanced experience and technical capabilities working with modern data technologies to support organizations in securely managing, analyzing, and deriving insights from complex data. You understand project and program management, people leadership, and how to communicate effectively internally and externally with clients.

You will provide guidance and leadership to project teams moving data to the cloud, designing scalable and compliant ingestion pipelines (ETL/ELT), architecting data warehousing solutions, performing advanced analytics and AI-driven insights, and building data-intensive applications that support regulatory requirements, patient outcomes, and operational efficiencies. This role requires hands-on experience, excellent analytical skills, team orientation, flexibility, innovative thinking, problem-solving, conflict management, and self-motivation.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for individuals with experience building data warehouses and analytics systems in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) with an understanding of Automotive-specific data challenges, including interoperability, security, and regulatory compliance. The opportunity requires you to design, develop, and troubleshoot complex data issues at the enterprise level, particularly in healthcare provider, payer, pharmaceutical, and life sciences organizations.

As of April 2025, Hakkoda has been acquired by IBM and will be integrated in the IBM organization. Your recruitment process will be managed by IBM. IBM will be the hiring entity.
