Pasante de Operaciones y Análisis - Gestión de Recursos (RDM)

Introduction

Formar parte de los equipos de IBM Technology Expert Labs significa desarrollar una carrera brindando servicios de clase mundial a nuestros clientes. Dentro del rol de soporte de RDM (Resource Deployment Manager), se realizan funciones administrativas clave dentro de la unidad Expert Labs de IBM.

Este puesto está enfocado en proporcionar soporte operativo esencial para la gestión y asignación de recursos, asegurando el control y seguimiento de indicadores como asignaciones, forecast y métricas relacionadas.

El rol trabaja en estrecha colaboración con equipos técnicos y de liderazgo para garantizar la ejecución eficiente de los compromisos del negocio, contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones estratégicas mediante análisis precisos y oportunos. Asimismo, apoya la planificación y gestión de recursos y la mejora continua de procesos internos, alineando las operaciones con los objetivos globales de IBM.

Your role and responsibilities

El rol está diseñado para facilitar, conectar y potenciar el trabajo del equipo, asegurando que cada iniciativa cuente con el soporte administrativo necesario para alcanzar los resultados esperados.

Las principales responsabilidades del puesto incluyen:

• Reporte de claims;
• Análisis de desviaciones entre forecast y resultados reales (PMs);
• Reporte de horas GDC;
• Alertas por horas faltantes;
• Control de horas en estado "Waiting for WI";
• Mantenimiento del dashboard de Enablement;
• Mantenimiento del dashboard de People;
• Distribución y seguimiento de la encuesta GDC;
• Preparación de múltiples presentaciones según necesidad;
• Propuesta de ideas de mejora para optimizar los flujos de trabajo;
• Soporte para asegurar claridad, consistencia y estructura en los procesos de RDM.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Estudiante universitario/a de Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines;
• Conocimiento avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint;
• Experiencia en la creación de dashboards, tablas dinámicas, macros u otras herramientas de gestión y análisis;
• Fuertes habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle;
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en equipo;
• Perfil proactivo, autónomo y orientado a resultados;
• Nivel intermedio de inglés.
