Your role and responsibilities
Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) Jurídico(a) proativo(a) e curioso(a) para integrar nossa equipe. Este estágio oferece uma oportunidade única de vivenciar diversas áreas do Direito, incluindo contencioso trabalhista e cível, contratos, governança corporativa e suporte administrativo. Você trabalhará próximo a profissionais experientes e terá uma visão completa do funcionamento de um departamento jurídico interno em um ambiente corporativo dinâmico.
- Apoiar a equipe Jurídica na preparação e revisão de documentos legais, como contratos, procurações e materiais relacionados a processos.
- Auxiliar na obtenção de documentos e informações para defesa da empresa, bem como no gerenciamento de protocolos, organização de documentos e atualização dos sistemas internos.
- Participar de reuniões e discussões para compreender estratégias jurídicas e alinhamento com o negócio.
- Realizar pesquisas jurídicas e colaborar na elaboração de memorandos e relatórios internos.
- Interagir com diferentes áreas da empresa para entender necessidades jurídicas interdepartamentais.
- Aprender e contribuir com processos de compliance e atividades de governança corporativa.

Required education
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Estar matriculado(a) em curso de Direito, a partir do 5º semestre;
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de pesquisa jurídica e sistemas de gestão de documentos;
- Conhecimento básico em Direito Civil e/ou Trabalhista;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal;
- Inglês Avançado;
- Organização, proatividade e vontade de aprender;
- Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office (Word, PowerPoint e Excel).
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Experiência anterior em estágio em escritório de advocacia ou departamento jurídico corporativo;
- Interesse em compreender operações jurídicas corporativas além do contencioso.
