Lead the team responsible for daily procurement operations, including tactical buying activities using Ariba and Fieldglass.
Manage and support supplier and internal stakeholder inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Collaborate closely with internal purchasing system teams to ensure smooth procurement processes and system alignment.
Oversee end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations, ensuring compliance with IBM's procurement policies and standards.
Monitor and drive performance metrics to meet procurement operational targets.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to internal controls.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to align with evolving business needs.
Participate in Agile way and utilize collaboration tools to manage tasks, blockers, and project updates.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Your role and responsibilities
Lead the team executing IBM's procurement day to day operations, including tactical sourcing using Ariba and Fieldglass, resolving inquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders, and working with internal procurement system teams.

- Must-have: English and Japanese Professional Language Proficiency (For Japanese, JLPT N1 level is preferred.)
