Your role and responsibilities
Profesional con sólida experiencia en la gestión documental y administración integral de contratos mercantiles, responsable de garantizar la organización, trazabilidad y control de toda la documentación legal y administrativa vinculada a los procesos comerciales y de compras.
Con un enfoque en el cumplimiento normativo y la eficiencia operativa, gestiono el ciclo de vida completo de los contratos: desde su elaboración y revisión, hasta la renovación, archivo y seguimiento de vencimientos, asegurando la correcta ejecución de acuerdos, adendas y pólizas asociadas.
🎯 Responsabilidades Principales
- Administrar, organizar y custodiar los contratos mercantiles y toda la documentación asociada (acuerdos, adendas, anexos, pólizas y garantías).
- Controlar los plazos contractuales, vigencias y renovaciones, garantizando la continuidad operativa y el cumplimiento de obligaciones.
- Verificar que cada documento cumpla con los requisitos legales, fiscales y corporativos, antes de su formalización y archivo.
- Llevar el registro y seguimiento de pólizas de cumplimiento, responsabilidad civil, calidad y demás coberturas exigidas contractualmente.
- Coordinar con las áreas Legal, Compras, Finanzas y Auditoría la revisión, actualización y cierre de contratos.
- Controlar los reportes periódicos sobre el estado contractual, vencimientos y obligaciones pendientes.
- Apoyar los procesos de auditoría interna y externa, garantizando la disponibilidad y trazabilidad de la información contractual.
- Participar en proyectos de digitalización y automatización documental, promoviendo la eficiencia y el control interno.
- Asegurar la confidencialidad, integridad y correcta clasificación de toda la información bajo custodia.

Pre-University Qualification
Required technical and professional expertise
✅ Manejo del portugues en un 80% hablado y escrito.
✅Profesional en Derecho, Administración, Archivística, Negocios o áreas afines.
✅ Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en gestión documental, contratos mercantiles, pólizas o control contractual corporativo.
✅ Conocimiento en normativa comercial, contratos civiles y mercantiles, compliance y políticas de auditoría.
✅ Dominio de herramientas de gestión documental y plataformas corporativas (SharePoint, SAP, Ariba, OneDrive, u otras).
✅ Habilidades avanzadas en Excel, Word y herramientas de seguimiento documental.
✅ Capacidad para interpretar y controlar información legal y financiera de contratos.
✅ Organización, atención al detalle y comunicación efectiva con áreas internas y externas.
Preferred technical and professional experience
✨ Experiencia en contratos de prestación de servicios, suministros, arrendamientos y acuerdos comerciales.
✨ Manejo de bases de datos de pólizas, seguros y garantías contractuales.
✨ Familiaridad con procesos de auditoría, control interno y reportes de gestión contractual.
✨ Experiencia en sectores regulados o multinacionales (farmacéutico, energético, tecnológico, industrial).
✨ Conocimiento en automatización de flujos documentales y herramientas de digitalización.
✨ Perfil analítico, proactivo y con orientación a la mejora continua y la mitigación de riesgos.
