Introduction
Como Project Manager, serás responsable de la gestión integral de contratos de soporte de mesa de ayuda, soporte en sitio y gestión de activos e inventarios. Esta posición requiere un enfoque sólido tanto en la gestión financiera - incluyendo ingresos, costos, rentabilidad, proveedores y órdenes de compra - como en la gestión operativa, supervisando la interacción con el personal de proveedores, asegurando el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio establecidos en los contratos y liderando la preparación y presentación de informes y entregables contractuales. Además, gestionarás el control de las operaciones diarias y tendrás un rol clave en la satisfacción del cliente, garantizando que los servicios prestados cumplan con las expectativas y estándares acordados.
Your role and responsibilities
Responsable de los contratos asignados: gestión financiera (ingresos, costos, rentabilidad, proveedores, órdenes de compra), gestión operativa (interacción con personal de proveedores que realizan las actividades operativas del contrato, cumplimiento de niveles de servicios que indican los contratos, preparación y presentación de informes operativos, preparación de los entregables que establecen los contratos, control de las operaciones de mesa de ayuda, soporte en sitio y contro de activos) ; gestión de la satisfacción del cliente en relación a los servicios que prestamos. Crecimiento del portafolio de servicios de IBM en las cuentas asignadas.

Required technical and professional expertise
Profesional de TI (o afines)
Experiencia en gestión de contratos de mesa de ayuda, soporte en sitio y gestión de activos
Excelente relacionamiento con clientes y proveedores
Gestión de situaciones de crisis y manejo de prioridades
Excelente trabajo en equipo
Conocimiento de inglés intermedio
La ubicación del trabajo es en Medellin, Antioquia, lugar donde se encuentran los clientes
Preferred technical and professional experience
Certificado PMP, ITIL, Agile (deseable)
