Introduction
Unirse a los equipos de IBM Technology Expert Labs significa desarrollar una carrera ofreciendo servicios de primer nivel a nuestros clientes, dentro del Rol de soporte APM desempeñamos funciones en el área administrativa y financiera dentro de la unidad de Expert Labs en IBM. El rol está enfocado en brindar soporte operativo clave para la gestión de proyectos y servicios, asegurando el control y seguimiento de indicadores financieros como estimaciones de ventas, revenue y costos.
Trabajamos en estrecha colaboración con los equipos técnicos y de liderazgo para garantizar una ejecución eficiente de los compromisos comerciales, contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones estratégicas mediante análisis financieros precisos y oportunos. Además, apoyo en la planificación presupuestaria, la gestión de recursos y la optimización de procesos internos, alineando nuestras operaciones con los objetivos globales de IBM.
Your role and responsibilities
El Rol es para para facilitar, conectar y potenciar el trabajo del equipo, asegurando que cada iniciativa cuente con el respaldo financiero y administrativo necesario para alcanzar el éxito.
Las principales funciones que debe dar soporte el rol serian:
Gestión de Proyectos Financieros: Revisar y controlar proyectos de Delivery relacionados con presupuestos, revenue y costos. Asegurar el cumplimiento de cronogramas, entregables y objetivos financieros.
Elaboración y Seguimiento de Presupuestos: Control de Forecast semanales en colaboración con líderes técnicos y comerciales. Monitorear su ejecución y proponer ajustes según la evolución del negocio.
Control de Costos Operativos: Analizar y controlar los costos asociados a servicios, recursos y actividades del área. Identificar oportunidades de eficiencia y ahorro.
Estimación y Proyección de Revenue: Realizar estimaciones de ingresos por proyecto o unidad de negocio. Apoyar en la planificación financiera mediante proyecciones basadas en datos históricos y tendencias.
Análisis de Rentabilidad por Proyecto: Evaluar el desempeño financiero de cada proyecto, identificando márgenes, desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora.
Gestión de Facturación y Reconocimiento de Ingresos: Coordinar con equipos de delivery y finanzas para asegurar la correcta facturación de servicios y el reconocimiento contable de ingresos conforme a las políticas de IBM.
Soporte en Auditorías Internas y Externas: Preparar documentación y reportes requeridos para auditorías. Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas contables y políticas corporativas.
Automatización de Reportes Financieros: Diseñar y mantener dashboards financieros que permitan visualizar KPIs clave, facilitando la toma de decisiones.
Interacción con Stakeholders Internos: Colaborar con áreas como ventas, delivery, finanzas y operaciones para alinear objetivos financieros y resolver contingencias.

Pre-University Qualification
Required technical and professional expertise
Formación académica: Estudiante Universitario de Contabilidad, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o carrera afín.
Experiencia: Conocimientos solidos en Excel, Power point, creación de Dashboards, tablas dinámicas, macros o cualquier otra herramientas de gestión
Habilidades Blandas
Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
Habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
Proactividad, autonomía y orientación a resultados.
Conocimientos básicos de Ingles
Preferred technical and professional experience
