Your role and responsibilities
Como estagiário da IBM Consulting, você trabalhará com as tecnologias mais recentes e colaborará com os membros da equipe para criar um impacto real para nossos clientes e para o mundo em geral. Você terá a oportunidade de apresentar ideias inovadoras, colocar suas habilidades transferíveis em prática e desenvolver e aprender novas habilidades que apoiarão seu crescimento profissional. Durante sua experiência de estágio, você terá a oportunidade de:
1. Realizar à análise de dados de força de trabalho e produtividade, incluindo tarefas como coleta, tratamento e organização das informações;
2. Suportar ao time de WSP´s na Busca e avaliação de CV´s, atualizações de Sistemas e interação com os Projetos e time de Vendor Management;
3. Auxíliar na manutenção de indicadores da área de Workforce Management.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Estar cursando graduação em Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas
- Capacidade analítica para analisar dados, identificar padrões e interpretar informações
- Boa comunicação escrita e verbal para relatar resultados e colaborar com a equipe
- Organização para lidar com dados, informações e tarefas de forma estruturada
- Conhecimento em Excel
- Proatividade, vontade de aprender e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe
- Inglês em nível intermediário (Espanhol será considerado um diferencial)
