In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Automação de Redes

• Desenvolvimento e manutenção de playbooks Ansiblepara automação de tarefas rotineiras de rede, incluindo:
  • Backup e restore de configurações de switches, roteadores e firewalls;
  • Atualizações de ACLs, políticas de roteamento e provisionamento de VLANs;
  • Coleta de diagnósticos e execução de health checks automatizados.

Padronização e Infraestrutura

• Colaboração com a equipe de engenharia de redes para padronizar configurações e garantir que a infraestrutura seja projetada para ser automatizável.

Treinamento e Documentação

• Atuação como instrutor na formação de times voltados para automações;
• Documentação completa das automações desenvolvidas;
• Treinamento da equipe do Command Center para utilização das novas ferramentas e processos.

Análise e Melhoria Contínua

• Análise de incidentes recorrentes de rede para identificação da causa raiz;
• Proposição de soluções de automação definitivas para problemas identificados.

Required technical and professional expertise

Requisitos Ténicos:

• Sólida experiência com protocolos de rede (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS) e troubleshooting em ambientes de grande porte. Experiência comprovada com Ansible para automação de redes (módulos para Cisco IOS, NX-OS, Juniper Junos, etc.);
• Proficiência em YAML para a criação de playbooks;
• Conhecimento em linguagens de script, preferencialmente Python ou Shell Script. Familiaridade com a plataforma ServiceNow, especialmente os módulos de Incident, Change e Event Management;
• Experiência com sistemas de controle de versão, como Git. Mentalidade SRE/DevOps, focada em resolver problemas de forma escalável e permanente;
• Experiência com outras ferramentas de automação de redes (ex: Nornir, NAPALM);
• Conhecimento em APIs REST para integração de sistemas. Experiência com soluções de monitoramento e observabilidade (Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace).

Preferred technical and professional experience

Diferenciais (Nice to Have): Certificações de rede (CCNA, CCNP, etc.).
