In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Buscamos um(a) Especialista Sênior em Inteligência Artificial para atuar no desenvolvimento de soluções avançadas de IA, com foco em agentes inteligentes e arquiteturas modernas. Este(a) profissional será referência técnica na definição de padrões, condução de iniciativas inovadoras e adoção das principais tecnologias de IA do mercado.

• Desenvolver, implementar e evoluir soluções de Inteligência Artificial voltadas a agentes inteligentes e sistemas autônomos.
• Projetar e implementar agentes inteligentes utilizando MCP (Model Context Protocol), garantindo escalabilidade, segurança e desempenho.
• Atuar como referência técnica, definindo padrões arquiteturais e boas práticas para projetos de IA.
• Conduzir iniciativas inovadoras, avaliando e aplicando tecnologias emergentes de IA conforme as necessidades do negócio.
• Integrar e orquestrar soluções utilizando OpenAI APIs e Microsoft Azure OpenAI Services.
• Garantir a qualidade das entregas por meio de boas práticas de desenvolvimento, testes, versionamento e documentação técnica.
• Apoiar times multidisciplinares na adoção de soluções de IA, promovendo disseminação de conhecimento e evolução técnica contínua.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Experiência no desenvolvimento de soluções de Inteligência Artificial e agentes inteligentes;
• Experiência prática com MCP (Model Context Protocol);
• Vivência com GitHub Copilot e outras ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistido por IA;
• Experiência na integração e consumo de OpenAI APIs e Microsoft Azure OpenAI Services;
• Conhecimentos sólidos em arquitetura de software e boas práticas de desenvolvimento;
• Experiência na definição de padrões técnicos e documentação de soluções;
• Formação superior completa;
• Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo híbrido em São Paulo (SP).

Preferred technical and professional experience

Será considerado um diferencial para a posição:

• Conhecimento em LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama);
• Experiência com Microsoft Copilot Studio ou Azure AI Studio;
• Conhecimento em MLOps e CI/CD para soluções de IA;
• Experiência com prompt engineering (Chain-of-Thought, Few-shot, templates e dynamic prompting);
• Conhecimento em semantic search, processamento de documentos e recuperação de informação;
• Experiência em Cloud Computing, com foco em Azure.
