Enterprise Intel and Crisis Analyst

Introduction

Help us expand our crisis management operations into our wider enterprise environment. Transform IBM's crisis management capabilities to support different business lines and domains. Be a key driving force in applying AI to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our Crisis Management function. Work with senior stakeholders at a sub C-suite level to ensure effective communication into the Executive Leadership Team on operational incidents.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate crisis management responses across multiple domains, including cyber security, physical security and business continuity.
  • Develop implement and continuously improve crisis management planning and procedures at an enterprise level.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams in different business units to ensure they are prepared for a crisis and have high levels of resilience and readiness.
  • Conduct threat assessments and communicate threat intelligence to senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training, simulations, and tabletop exercise to enhance the organizations, preparedness and resilience to future crisis.
  • Provide real time support during incidents and ensure effective communication with senior stakeholders.

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Proven experience in crisis management, intelligence analysis or related fields within a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of regional political, social, and security dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make critical decision in times of high stress.
