In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Buscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Dados com foco em modelagem de dados para atuar no desenvolvimento e manutenção de soluções que garantam a qualidade, integridade e performance dos dados corporativos. Essa pessoa será responsável por projetar modelos de dados eficientes (transacionais e multidimensionais), desenvolver pipelines de ingestão e transformação (ETL) e apoiar a evolução da arquitetura analítica da empresa.

O(a) profissional ideal tem perfil analítico, atenção a detalhes e experiência prática em ambientes de Big Data, trabalhando de forma colaborativa em equipes ágeis e multidisciplinares.

Responsabilidades:

• Projetar e implementar modelos de dados transacionais e multidimensionais, garantindo desempenho, consistência e escalabilidade;
• Desenvolver e otimizar processos de ETL para integração de múltiplas fontes de dados;
• Trabalhar com Python (PySpark) e Pandas na manipulação, transformação e análise de grandes volumes de dados;
• Criar e manter consultas e scripts SQL para extração e modelagem de dados;
• Apoiar a definição e evolução da arquitetura de dados em conjunto com outras áreas técnicas;
• Implementar boas práticas de versionamento de código e automação de testes;
• Colaborar com times de engenharia, analytics e produto para garantir o uso eficiente e confiável dos dados.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Python / PySpark;
• Pandas;
• SQL;
• Modelagem de dados (transacional e multidimensional);
• Desenvolvimento de ETL.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Arquitetura de software aplicada a dados;
• GitHub (versionamento e integração contínua);
• Desenvolvimento e planejamento de testes;
• Bancos de dados não estruturados (ex.: NoSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
