Director of Product Management

Your role and responsibilities

• Lead the creation and ongoing refinement of the product roadmap, including lower-level planning and prioritization.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Product Management team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Customer Support, Sales, Customer Engineering, and Engineering to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• Assess and optimize product management processes, practices, and team roles to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Monitor product performance and financial outcomes, and regularly report progress and results to Senior Leadership.
• Champion customer-centric thinking, ensuring products deliver clear value and solve real customer problems

Required technical and professional expertise

• Proven track record of several years successfully managing an enterprise-scale software product.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of five or more professionals, with a proven ability to mentor, coach, and foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, continuous improvement and feedback.
• Proven experience in defining and implementing a product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs. Strategic thinker able to make informed decisions about product direction, market opportunities, and competitive positioning while solving complex problems.
• Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery techniques and methods.
• Deep customer empathy and understanding, with a focus on building products that deliver genuine value and address real customer challenges.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Technical or engineering background and solid understanding of software development processes (SDLC).
• Experience in SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), TBM (Total Business Management), or financial domains (highly preferred)
