Your role and responsibilities
- Build and maintain the data architecture for the Digital Assistant, ensuring its robustness and scalability.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and business targets in an accessible, business-centric language.
- Implement and manage tracking mechanisms for solution functionalities, enabling meaningful analysis of their performance.
- Develop and maintain business reports for all solutions, aligning them with business objectives and ensuring ease of understanding and consumption by business users.
- Provide valuable metrics and insights on the Digital Assistant's performance to stakeholders.
- Drive data-driven product optimization by identifying and suggesting improvements based on historical data analysis.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science and/or data engineering within a corporate environment; experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
- Proven experience in data mining and data visualization.

- Mandatory experience with PowerBI and Google Data Studio.
- Prior experience with databases (NoSQL or Relational databases).
- Ability to identify and translate business opportunities from data insights.
- Demonstrated ability to derive actionable items from large and complex datasets.
- Strong domain knowledge in data science principles and methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA or similar work tracking tools is an advantage.
- Proficiency in a query language (e.g., SQL) is an advantage.
- Google certification "Cloud Database Engineer", "Generative AI Leader", "Data Engineer", "Data Practitioner"
- Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) is an advantage.
- Experience with Machine Learning (ML) concepts and applications is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Possess an analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
