Your role and responsibilities
Shape IBM C-Suite's decisions and strategic direction through project engagements
Engage with Business Unit leaders to determine root causes to be evaluated, hypotheses to be tested, and business outcomes to be achieved
Establish trusted relationships with internal client teams. Work with stakeholders across IBM to gather information, gain diverse perspectives, and deepen subject matter expertise
Develop fact-based client, market, and competitor insights based on research and analysis, e.g., through primary interviews, analyst reports, and internal databases
Produce and leverage insights as well as apply technical and operational expertise to identify issues, challenge the status quo, and co-create creative recommendations
Translate ambiguity and complexity into structured approaches to solve problems and identify opportunities amid rapid technological and market disruptions
Synthesize insights and recommendations into client presentations and facilitate dialog to clearly communicate findings to Business Unit leaders and senior executives
Collaborate with client teams to implement and, in select circumstances, to manage pragmatic, bold, and actionable solutions

Supplemental 1 employees may be eligible for up to 8 paid holidays, minimum of 56 hours paid sick time and the IBM Employee Stock Purchase Plan. IBM offers paid family medical leave and disability benefits to eligible employees where required by applicable law.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
