Introduction
- Definir y liderar la estrategia tecnológica de la compañía alineada con los objetivos de negocio.
- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar procesos, productos y herramientas de TI mediante la automatización y el uso de tecnologías emergentes.
- Impulsar la adopción de Inteligencia Artificial y analítica avanzada para lograr eficiencias operativas, reducción de costos y ventaja competitiva.
- Supervisar el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas escalables y seguras.
- Garantizar la evolución y modernización de la arquitectura tecnológica (cloud, integración, aplicaciones, ciberseguridad).
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios de desarrollo, infraestructura, datos y soporte técnico.
- Gestionar relaciones con proveedores tecnológicos, socios estratégicos y consultores externos.
- Evaluar y priorizar iniciativas tecnológicas mediante análisis de impacto, costo y retorno de inversión (ROI).
- Asegurar la continuidad operativa y el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y gobernanza tecnológica.
- Liderar proyectos de transformación digital y cambio organizacional.
Your role and responsibilities
- Crear un roadmap tecnológico de mediano y largo plazo para acelerar la eficiencia y la innovación.
- Promover una cultura de evolución digital, automatización y experimentación.
- Desarrollar prácticas de gestión de datos, calidad de la información y uso responsable de IA.
- Definir métricas para medir impacto tecnológico en eficiencia, productividad y competitividad.
- Gestionar el presupuesto del área de tecnología, optimizando costos y maximizar el valor entregado.
- Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua en productos, plataformas y operaciones.
- Garantizar que las soluciones tecnológicas cumplan con requisitos regulatorios y políticas internas.
- Supervisar la implementación de herramientas que mejoren la experiencia del cliente y usuario interno.
Required education

Required technical and professional expertise
Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines, con certificaciones en ITIL y Gerencia de Proyectos. Los candidatos deben tener formación complementaria en transformación digital, metodologías ágiles, ciberseguridad o gestión estratégica de servicios de TI.(especialización)
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Especialización en innovación y herramientas de tecnologia.
- Conocimiento sólido en arquitectura tecnológica, infraestructura cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) y modernización de aplicaciones.
- Experiencia en implementación de soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial, machine learning, automatización e integración de datos.
- Dominio de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y DevOps.
- Experiencia en gestión de ciberseguridad y riesgos tecnológicos.
- Capacidad para evaluar y seleccionar tecnologías emergentes que impulsen la eficiencia y la innovación.
- Conocimiento de plataformas, APIs, integración, ERPs y herramientas de análisis de datos.
