Your role and responsibilities

We are currently recruiting Business Transformation Consultant-Finance Analytics for an 17.4 Month fixed term contract, based in Sydney.

You will be part of an Application Platform Team responsible for supporting the full life cycle of Provisioning, Installation, Configuration, Administration, Automation, and Support for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). As a TM1 Administrator/Technical Lead, you will ensure platform stability, scalability, and compliance while enabling business objectives. Your responsibilities include -

• Work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.

• Create high- and low-level design of IBM Planning Analytics product implementation as per Westpac standards.

• Develop design documents and review technical documents from Solution Architects for projects in the finance domain and manage the alignment of the program's architecture to the Bank's Enterprise Architecture.

• Define technical user stories and track the development activities of the team members.

• Lead workshops and engage stakeholders as required from onshore.

• Lead and participate in problem solving to deliver large scale changes through process engineering and technology.

• Design and build deliverables to ensure traceability of the built solution to the architectural principles and business objectives.

• Be keenly aware of timelines and budgeting to deliver in a timely manner.

To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills -

• IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 Expertise: PAW, PAfE, Perspectives, Architect, TM1 Web, TurboIntegrator, Rules, Chores, PAW Modelling Workbench, Lifecycle Manager.

• 15+ years of experience in most of the layers of application administration and Agile methodology.

• Should stitch together end to end applications either on premises environment or on the Cloud for our clients.

• Must have knowledge on Redhat Openshift, Kubernetes, Containers, test & deploy them in the server.

• Must know the tools like Cubewise Pulse for monitoring and migration and Cubewise Arc for development.

• Integration & APIs: REST API, ODBC connectivity, SQL and ETL concepts.

• Should have vast experience on various skills related to Windows and Linux administration, like, Cronjobs, Powershell scripting for automation and Cloud fundamentals.

• Mandatorily required Problem & Change Management tools like, Service Now, Remedy, IT Service Portal, HP Service Centre, and Quality Centre & ALM.
