Your role and responsibilities
- Run or assist with workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews
- Document requirements from product owners and business leaders
- Create process maps to show current and future scenarios
- Turn clients' needs into technical specifications for IBM solutions
- Analyze data to help with insights, strategy, and organizational design
- Define current and future operating scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans, and solutions)
- Work with clients using agreed methods to ensure business needs become solution requirements
- Predict business value of solutions from the client's perspective
- Help key stakeholders use KPIs for evaluation
- Tailor communication for different audiences
- Work in agile, collaborative environments using IBM Design Thinking to solve client challenges

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- 2026 recent graduate with bachelor's degree or higher
- Preferred majors: Computer-related fields (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communications & Information, Electronic Engineering, AI) or Economics & Management fields (Finance, Supply chain)
- Fluent Chinese and English Communication
- Ability to understand client needs and problems
- Creative, logical thinking to find solutions
- Strong quantitative analysis skills
- Can give recommendations based on data and insights
- Good at multitasking and meeting deadlines, even when priorities conflict
- Excellent communication skills - can listen actively and explain complex situations clearly
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Passionate about innovation and open to different viewpoints
- Can translate business needs into technical solutions or business cases
- Solve business problems through detailed analysis and clear logic
- Actively seeks new knowledge and skill development
