Business Intelligence and Analytics Senior Managing Consultant

The SAC Management Consultant will be responsible for leading small project teams, as well as serve as an individual contributor, ensuring the quality of team delivery, thought leadership, keeping the team members utilized, growing our practice, and deepening our relationships with key partners. This candidate will be highly knowledgeable with required SAC product capabilities, business processes, solution mechanics, and configuration requirements, as well as integration with other technologies. This individual will also counsel client executives and leaders on the benefits delivered by SAP as a strategic asset to their broader Finance Transformation journey.

As trusted business advisor and lead, this individual will support sales - where needed - at key accounts by assisting with the scoping, solutioning, program planning and driving RFPs around SAP and Finance Transformation for TruQua. This will be required to support sales and go-to-market activities for SAP, which will include writing and shaping proposals and presenting at Orals.

The candidate will bring professional leadership experience in businesses where service, quality and customer responsiveness are tantamount to success. The candidate will draw from past hands-on experience to grow our practice and capabilities.

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Strong experience managing SAP Analytical and/or Reporting workstreams for large and complex systems across various industries with a minimum of 2 full SAC implementation cycles

• Proven experience leading and/or delivering full lifecycle implementation EPM projects with solid techno-functional knowledge and/or experience to articulate domain expertise and core Finance implications

• Solid knowledge in FP&A to design and build Planning requirements around Revenue, Cost of Sales & Cost Allocations in the solution

• Hands on experience with or deep knowledge of SAP BPC Reporting capabilities, Planning functionality and Script Logic

• Hands-on experience on SAC as a planning tool, designing/implementing data models

• Demonstrates thought proven abilities and technical experience with SAP Analytics technologies: S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, HANA XS applications, Google/Azure/AWS Cloud technologies and BI/visualization tools

• Good Understanding of SAP data structures, End to End dataflow, SAC predictive capabilities, augmented analytics, forecasting, etc.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Background in SAP BPC

• Solid experience in or exposure to SAP Finance modules (FI-CO, CO-PA) a plus

• Knowledge of upcoming changes in SAP Analytics & Finance, as well as an eagerness to learn, prototype, and grow expertise in the latest relevant financial technologies.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
