Your role and responsibilities
Application Developer, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 80% telecommuting permitted):
- Design, implement, and configure Human Resources Time and Expense software for Project in a global implementation of SAP.
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective technical solutions for workflows, reports, interfaces, enhancements, security, and forms in Travel Management, Time Management, and Enterprise Structure modules in SAP to optimize business processes and increase efficiency.
- Implement and support the end-to-end rollout of SAP Concur throughout the complete lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and post-Go-live maintenance.
- Develop technical logic for Business Intelligence reports using SAP BW and HANA.
- Design, implement, and enhance the client interface for importing employee credit card files into SAP ECC.
- Prepare and review functional and technical specifications with ABAP development and GRC teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional design with object-oriented analysis and design.
- Prepare wireframes/screen mock-ups for screen layouts and navigation flow using SAP BUILD, and create use case scenarios and UML process flow models to finalize the design with project stakeholders.
- Perform functional design and implement configuration of SAP FIORI mobile applications on Android and iOS.
- Perform configuration updates, code review, testing, and analysis of issues for SAP FIORI upgrades and BOTs designed for automated expense audit processes, monitor ECC batch jobs, and provide technical resolution for failures.
- Leverage project management tools such as HP ALM and ServiceNow to research user-reported issues, identify root causes, and manage and provide resolutions for defects and incidents.
- Utilize: SAP ECC, SAP HANA Studio, SAP Concur, Oracle SQL Developer, Project Management, Code debugging and Cognos Reports.
Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as a SAP Application Developer or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing SAP ECC, SAP HANA Studio, SAP Concur, Oracle SQL Developer, Project Management, Code debugging, and Cognos Reports. $190000 to $215000 per year. Full time. SN144.
