In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Estamos em busca de um profissional com experiência prática em OpenText APM (antigas ferramentas HP/Micro Focus), com forte conhecimento em scripting para testes de performance e conceitos de monitoramento de aplicações. O candidato ideal deve ter habilidades técnicas avançadas e familiaridade com práticas modernas de observabilidade e automação.

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver e manter scripts de teste utilizando VuGen para protocolos como:

• Web HTTP/HTML, Ajax TruClient, Web Services, entre outros;

• Implementar estratégias de monitoramento sintético e análise de métricas de performance;

• Gerenciar alertas e garantir conformidade com SLAs;

• Colaborar com equipes de desenvolvimento e operações para otimizar a performance de aplicações.

Required technical and professional expertise

Requisitos Imprescindiveis:

• Experiência prática com OpenText APM (antigas ferramentas HP/Micro Focus);
• Forte conhecimento em VuGen scripting para diferentes protocolos;
• Conhecimento em linguagens de script como: C, JavaScript ou Python;
• • Familiaridade com protocolos: HTTP/S, REST, SOAP;
• • Experiência com conceitos de monitoramento de aplicações: Monitoramento sintético, métricas de performance, KPIs, alertas e gestão de SLAs.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Requisitos Desejáveis:

• Experiência com ferramentas de observabilidade: Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace;
• Conhecimento em CI/CD, controle de versão (Git) e frameworks de automação;
• Entendimento de ecossistemas de nuvem (AWS, Azure, GCP).
