AEP Solutions Architect - Adobe Experience

* to set up the tools, methods and approaches for the client to create a sustainable and cost-effective digital capability and deliver against an initial set of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and beyond.

Your role and responsibilities

IBM is looking for an AEP Solutions Architect - Adobe Experience Platform who will help us create cutting-edge solutions leveraging the full set of capabilities provided by the Adobe Experience Cloud software components. The Adobe Experience Platform Architect will create solutions and participate actively in sales efforts to generate impactful results for IBM clients. You will utilize your technical and industry skills, as well as business acumen, to provide recommendations for integrated solutions and offerings to solve our clients' business challenges and deliver value.

Adobe Experience Platform Architects at IBM help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• You develop and present the solution concept around Digital Platforms, and Adobe in particular, with your project team to our client and articulate the business value;
• You create the technical detail concept for implementation and relevant implementation models;
• You work closely on backlog topics, acceptance criteria and user stories with the product owner and the client team;
• You will facilitate client workshops around solution envisioning and architectural design;
• You support our account teams in pre sales activities.
  
  This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

Deep Domain knowledge in Customer Data Management, CRM systems, and digital engagement applications;
* Solution architect or Experience in architecture and solutioning of end-to-end customer journeys through multi-source, multi-channel systems using databases, ERPs, CRMs, marketing and digital platforms;
* Experience in data mapping, data governance and defining complex data solution requirements as they correspond to the customer journey;
* Experience in working with core functionalities of working with customer data - Ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, governance, privacy and marketing;
* Experience designing Marketing technology roadmaps, driving business case development, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Implementation experience with CDP vendors like Adobe, Salesforce, similar;
* Deep knowledge on the Adobe Experience Cloud suite, both from a pre-sales and a delivery perspective;
* Ability to communicate independently with senior client stakeholders;
* Track record of efficiently working with geographically remote teams.
