Account Technical Leader

Your role and responsibilities
Account Technical Leader (ATL) is the technical leader for major account(s) of IBM Hong Kong, responsible to oversees IBM's hybrid cloud and AI agenda at the client. ATL will play overall Technical Architect role for major account(s) and could lead or collaborate among various technical, services and sales teams cross countries to achieve business objectives.
ATL should have good understanding of Banking Industry solutions and could demonstrate experience serving multi-national companies by collaborating among worldwide teams. ATL could lead the Minimum Viable Project (MVP) or Proof of Concept (PoC), Solution Demonstration, Technical Workshops to drive for new technical initiatives.

ATL should have good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, IT infrastructure and in-depth technical skills in numbers of key IT portfolio, such as Hybrid Cloud, Database, Middleware, Security, AI, Container platform and Infrastructure solutions etc.
ATL should be highly motivated, collaborative and a self-starter and will play direct role in driving and growing market share and among those major accounts.

- Bachelor Degree holder from Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering relevant discipline is expected
- At least 5+ years working experience serving Large Financial Institutes / Multi-National Companies. With rich experience in the area of Enterprise Architecture, IT Infrrastructure, key solution design and/or application software development. Candidate should demonstrate the following attributes:
- Good understanding of the Financial Institutes solution
- Experience with sales prospects in person, understanding complex environments and delivering IBM Solutions and value propositions effectively
- Capability to lead Minimum Viable Product (MVP), Proof of Concept (PoC) tests at End User by collaborating cross business units at customers
- Astute in presenting to and conversing with customers; ability to deliver technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Highly motivated, competitive, and passionate team player who is driven to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, and high activity environment
- Strong affinity for customer relationship management and requirements gathering
- Able to provide support occasionally beyond usual business hours
- Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be an added advantage
