Your role and responsibilities
大手金融機関のお客様と共に新しい価値を共創し、共に推進• 運用するパートナーとして、お客様のデジタルとビジネス双方の変革をご支援します。
そのなかで、お客様とのリレーション構築/課題解決に向けた提案を営業としてリードします。
主な業務内容：
お客様の課題解決の提案：お客様のビジネス課題やニーズを深く理解し、IBMのソリューションを活用して最適な解決策を提案します。提案に際して企画立案から、最適なチームのビルディディング、提案• 案件獲得までのストリーの作成およびリード行います。
お客様とのリレーション構築：お客様とリレーション構築を通じ、IBMの価値をお客様に届けます。提案したソリューションの実行をリードし、プロジェクトの成果を確実に達成するために、お客様や社内の関係者と協力します。
長期的な信頼関係の構築：お客様との継続的な関係を構築し、信頼を深めることで、さらなるビジネス機会を創出します。
金融業界(銀行• 証券• カード等)のデジタル変革や経営戦略の迅速な立案と実行を支える主なサービス：
生成AIソリューション
データ利活用とデジタル顧客体験
コアバンキング＆モダナイゼーション
リスク＆コンプライアンス• ソリューション
ビジネス• プロセス• アウトソーシングソリューション

Required technical and professional expertise
業界知識とビジネス理解：業界やビジネスのニーズを深く理解し、業界トレンド、競争環境、お客様の特定の課題に対する洞察力
コミュニケーション能力：お客様との関係を構築• 維持するための効果的なコミュニケーション能力、交渉スキル、お客様の期待を超える提案力。またお客様との意思疎通を行うに十分な日本語力を有している。
IT業界での実務経験：コンサルティングファームやIT企業での職務経験、もしくは事業会社における営業や経営企画などの実務経験があり、業務に関する知見がある (3年以上の経験が望ましい）
