HubSpotの営業チームは,主に電話/Web会議を通じて,お客様に組織成長の為のソリューションの提案,HubSpotの価値を提供し販売する役割を担っています.対象となる企業は,Small Business (従業員数100名以下)/Mid Market(101-500名)/Corporate(501名以上)の3セグメントに分かれている中で,今回はCorporate担当の募集を行なっています.

この役割では,以下のことが求められます.

• 常に月次の目標売上額(Monthly Recurring Revenue-MRR) 以上の達成
• 新規開拓:
• 新規商談の創出～クロージングまで
• インバウンドリードをフォローアップする
• 既存のお客様へのアップセル/クロスセル
• HubSpotが提唱するインバウンドの世界観• ソリューションを広めるためのエキスパート• エバンジェリストになる
• 社内の関連部門(マーケティング部門やSE部門等)と協力し,拡販のための戦略策定
• HubSpotのユニークな文化をベースに働きがいのある組織を推進するための思考,戦略,アイデアを提供する

求める人物像

• 営業チームにおいて,常に目標を上回る成果を上げた経験
• 7年以上のSaaSまたはウェブ/IT製品の営業経験
• 複数のステークホルダー(ビジネスオーナー,マーケティング担当者,その他のエグゼクティブ)を巻き込んだ複雑な商談(取引)経験
• 目標達成への意欲
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力
• クロージングスキル• 経験
• 日本語でのビジネス経
