Working Student in Procurement - fixed term, 30-40% (f/m/d)

The opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Procurement team in daily operational and administrative activities. This role offers valuable insights into strategic and operational purchasing within an international environment and provides practical experience in supplier management, data analysis, and procurement processes. This role is fixed term (12 months) and part time.
How you'll make an impact
- Support the Procurement team in daily purchasing activities
- Assist with supplier communication and follow-up on quotations
- Create and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system
- Support supplier onboarding and documentation processes
- Prepare procurement-related reports, presentations, and analyses
- Maintain and update procurement databases and supplier records
- Assist in tracking deliveries and resolving order-related issues
- Support sourcing projects and cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders from engineering, finance, quality, and operations
Your background
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in procurement, supply chain, and purchasing processes
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Proactive and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
- Fluent in English and German
