岗位名称:焊工（变压器油箱焊接/试装）
岗位职责
- 按照焊接工艺规程（WPS）和作业指导书, 完成变压器油箱本体、附件及管路的焊接、点固与试装.
- 开展焊前准备:材料核对、坡口/开孔/装配间隙检查, 工装夹具与设备点检, 参数预设.
- 合理选择并熟练使用相应焊接方法（SMAW手工电弧焊、GMAW CO2气体保护焊、GTAW钨极氩弧焊、SAW埋弧焊）, 控制焊接顺序、热输入与变形.
- 焊后处理与质量控制:焊缝清根、打磨、外观自检, 配合无损检测（UT/PT/MT等）及严密性试验, 按缺陷等级要求整改.
- 负责焊接设备日常保养与岗位5S（定置、清洁、点检、记录）.
- 严格遵守安全操作规程, 正确佩戴和使用PPE, 主动识别并上报安全隐患.
- 服从工段长/班长生产安排, 按时完成生产任务, 配合跨工序协同作业.
- 完成上级交办的其他相关工作.
任职要求
- 持有效《焊接与热切割作业》特种作业操作证, 具备一定机械制图识图能力, 能识读焊接符号与焊缝代号.
- 具备简单装配、划线、放样、矫正能力, 会使用钢尺、角尺、卡尺、焊缝尺寸尺等常用量具.
- 熟练掌握并能独立操作以下至少两种焊接工艺:手工电弧焊、CO2气体保护焊、钨极氩弧焊、埋弧焊；具备厚板、多层多道、全位置焊接经验.
- 了解常用材料（如Q235、Q345等）及油箱典型板厚的焊接特性, 能有效控制变形并预防咬边、气孔、裂纹等缺陷.
- 身体健康, 能适应高温、噪声、狭小空间与必要的高处作业等现场环境；吃苦耐劳, 勤奋好学.
- 服从安排, 能适应两班轮换及必要的加班.
- 具备良好的质量意识、团队协作与沟通能力, 执行力强.
- 年龄40岁以下；从事变压器油箱焊接工作10年以上者可适当放宽.
