How you'll make an impact

• Gather documentation for VAT reporting, request VAT invoice revisions and VAT invoice credit notes.
• Prepare monthly VAT returns.
• Collaborate with business units and finance teams to align tax regulations and procedures and ensure consistency and accuracy in tax reporting.
• Apply accounting techniques and standard practices to classify and record financial transactions.
• Conduct investigations and reconciliations of accounts.
• Participate in internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation.
• Assist in developing, implementing and continuously improving VAT and general accounting processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Your background

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in accounting or tax accounting.
• Knowledge of Estonian VAT rules and EU VAT regulations, including cross-border transaction requirements.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
• SAP S4H knowledge is an advantage.
