Test Technician

The opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Test Technician to handle quality transformer tests. This position involves various test protocols and applies standards to ensure the quality for products and systems meet stated requirements.
How do you make impact:
Testing Task (Nhiệm vụ thử nghiệm):

• Tiến hành tất cả các thử nghiệm thường xuyên, đặc biệt trên một máy biến áp và kiểm tra chức năng phụ kiện theo hướng dẫn của trưởng nhóm.

Conduct all routine, special test on a transformer and accessories function test as instructed by the team leader.

• Đảm bảo rằng tất cả các thử nghiệm được tiến hành theo kế hoạch để máy biến áp được gửi theo lịch trình.

Ensure that all test are conducted as per plan so that the transformer is dispatched as per schedule.

• Trong trường hợp có bất kỳ lỗi nào trong khi thử nghiệm, hãy phân tích lỗi và báo cáo chi tiết cho trưởng nhóm.

In case of any failure while testing, analyse the failure and report the details to the team leader.

• Chịu trách nhiệm duy trì thiết bị thử, dụng cụ cầm tay gọn gàng, sạch sẽ, duy trì 5S trong khu vực thử nghiệm

Be responsible for testing equipment maintenance, hand tools be tidy, clean, maintain 5S in test area

Customer Inspection (Làm việc với khách hàng)

• Khi khách hàng đến nhà máy để chứng kiến thử nghiệm, hãy giải quyết các thắc mắc khác nhau của khách hàng.

When a customer comes to factory for witnessing test, resolve various queries of customers.

Safety / An toàn

• Vì điện áp cao được sử dụng để kiểm tra nên an toàn là tầm quan trọng hàng đầu, phải sử dụng tất cả các trang bị bảo hộ cá nhân có liên quan trong khi thực hiện các hạng mục thử nghiệm, tuân theo hướng dẫn an toàn trong khu vực thử nghiệm một cách nghiêm ngặt.

As high voltage used for testing safety is the prime importance, use of all relevant PPE while carrying out the tests, following safety instruction in test area strictly,

Main Targets / Mục tiêu chính cần đạt

• Hiểu 100% yêu cầu thử nghiệm bắt buộc. / 100% routine test request must be understood

• Không bỏ sót hạng mục kiểm tra mà có thể gây ra lỗi. / No missing inspected items test which can cause test issues

Challenges / Thách thức

• Thường xuyên làm thêm giờ (ngoài giờ, cuối tuần)

Frequent overtime (out of official hours, at weekends)

• Học và nắm được nhiều hướng dẫn công việc/ tiêu chuẩn thử nghiệm khác nhau

Study many different Work Instructions/ Standards

• Sẵn sàng thực hiện công việc mới được giao

Ready to perform the newly assigned work

6. Authorization to perform / Ủy quyền thực hiện

• Làm báo cáo, xem xét kết quả.
• Phát triển, sửa đổi, xác minh và xác nhận các phương pháp.
• Phân tích kết quả, bao gồm các tuyên bố về sự phù hợp hoặc ý kiến và giải thích.
  • Report, review and authorization of results.
  • Development, modification, verification and validation of methods;
  • Analysis of results, including statements of conformity or opinions and interpretations.

Your background:

• Bằng Cao đẳng Điện trở lên (ít nhất 1 năm)

Technical College in Electrical (at least 1 experienced years)

• Kinh nghiệm làm việc có liên quan là một lợi thế

Previous working experience in relevant field is an advantage

• Hiểu biết về Chất lượng và An toàn

Quality and safety awareness

• Làm việc ngăn nắp, chịu được áp lực công việc

Hard working, tidy and organized

• Hiểu biết về bản vẽ

Knowledge in drawing

• Có thể làm được 2 đến 3 ca khác nhau theo kế hoạch sản xuất

Assigned work in 2-3 shifts base on production schedule

• Có kỹ năng về máy tính và tiếng Anh.

Computer & English skills on user level.
