Test Engineer

How You'll Make an Impact
- Execute advanced test protocols to ensure product compliance and performance
- Promote a safe, accident-free work environment through proactive safety practices
- Improve test methods to increase efficiency, accuracy, and reliability
- Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to verify requirements
- Support quality-at-source by training operators on basic test routines
- Lead investigations into test failures using root cause analysis tools
- Develop certified test reports, metrics, and technical recommendations
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience testing liquid-filled distribution or traction transformers
- Strong knowledge of ANSI, IEEE, IEC, and related transformer standards
- Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Clear, effective communication with internal and external partners
- Experience working in cross-functional engineering environments
