The opportunity

In this role you will execute Customer support with high complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with Hitachi standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers in close co-operation with customers and other teams as well as take actions to identify new Service business opportunities.

Your main stakeholders will be global customers, internal organization as technical department and manufacturing department. This position is located in Landskrona, while travelling globally is also required.

How you'll make an impact

  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by driving complex technical task, issues and warranty cases.
  • Planning of service team
  • Perform Service tasks like inspection, maintenance, commissioning and upgrading of water cooling system equipment on Site.
  • With time you`ll also be involved in training and guidance of customer personnel.
  • Cooperating across departments when helping customers with customer support such as trouble shooting and technical questions.
  • Create new ideas and identify solutions.
  • Customer support such as quotations, orders and technical support
  • Knowledge in areas as mechanical & electrical is beneficial.
  • In this role you will occasionally travel to customers to support customers for upgrade projects, spare part review or complex technical support or advice.

Your background

  • You are supportive and self-confident and can handle both ups and downs and able to manage any problems that may occur.
  • You want to develop the business through challenge and improve processes and collaboration.
  • You are service-minded, creative, open-minded, and solution-focused.
  • You hold an education in the technical area or have some years of work experience.
  • Knowledge and skills in PLC automation systems is a plus.
  • Experienced in document handling.
  • Experience from Office work as well as Site work.
  • Proficient in technical English is needed since you will be part of an international setting where you will get to exchange knowledge with people from all over the world. Knowledge in Swedish is a must, spoken and written.
  • Willing to travel up to approximately 10- 25 days of your work time annually, and you will always represent Hitachi in the best possible way.
