Technical Sales Support Specialist
The Hitachi Energy High Voltage (HV) Business Unit offers a broad portfolio of high-voltage products up to 1200 kV AC and 1100 kV DC. We help increase the safety, reliability, and efficiency of power grids while minimizing environmental impact by providing switchgear, circuit breakers, generator circuit breakers, power quality products, surge arresters, disconnectors, instrument transformers, and service solutions.
Our production facility in Przasnysz operates within the High Voltage business and focuses on the manufacturing of high-voltage instrument transformers.
Hitachi Energy has been producing instrument transformers for many years. Thousands of our products perform critical tasks every day in power grids around the world. Instrument transformers enable the measurement of current and voltage in high-voltage transmission lines and switchgear under both normal and fault conditions. They isolate control circuits from the grid by transforming current and voltage to standard levels for control equipment such as relays and meters.
All instrument transformers supplied by Hitachi Energy are customized to meet our customers' specific requirements. They must withstand extremely high loads in all climatic conditions. Our products are designed and manufactured to operate for at least 30 years-most of them, in fact, perform reliably for much longer.

Position: Technical Sales Support Specialist
Location: Przasnysz
Work mode: Hybrid
How you'll make an impact:
- Preparing technical documentation during the quotation and order execution phases
- Analyzing technical specifications of instrument transformers provided by customers
- Performing design calculations for instrument transformers
- Providing technical consulting and advisory support to customers in selecting appropriate solutions
- Closely cooperating with the production department to ensure the highest quality of execution
Your background:
- University degree in a technical field (preferred: Electrical Engineering or related disciplines)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good command of English, enabling fluent verbal and written communication
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical documentation
- Knowledge of CAD software, e.g. AutoCAD or similar tools
