How You'll Make an Impact

• Review and analyze customer documentation, identify the scope of supply, develop technical solutions, and prepare technical datasheets, deviations, and clarifications.
• Design medium- and high-voltage power quality solutions, including capacitor banks and harmonic filters.
• Interact with customers, offering technical guidance on design-related questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with supply chain teams: prepare RFQs, review vendor documentation, and evaluate proposals for non-standard materials and equipment.
• Contribute to design reviews and verifications, providing technical feedback and making necessary modifications.
• Handle quality issues with a strong focus on strengthening customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and review technical articles and product documentation for internal and external publication, and deliver technical webinars.
• Visit customers to identify new opportunities, support installation supervision, and perform power quality studies on-site.

• A couple of years work experience and a technical academic background, preferably in electrical engineering.
• Experience in power systems and/or power quality.
• Meritorious with experience in power quality or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Structured, persistent, well-organized, and committed to delivering a strong customer experience.
• Willing to travel for customer visits, factory acceptance tests, and site work when needed.
