Hitachi Energy is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in Bilbao. • Support the execution of the sales strategy and business development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain sales plans in Salesforce.
• Assist in market analysis.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
• Provide product knowledge and training.

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the energy industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful sales plans within a competitive environment.
• Strong understanding of energy products, systems and market dynamics, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, conduct effective presentations and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% mainly through Spain to engage with stakeholders, clients, and support business initiatives across regions.
