- Oversee development and validation of Super BOMs, BOM relationship rules, variant/option logic, and metadata for CTO.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and PLM configuration. Coordinate with Sales Configurator teams for rule mapping, attribute alignment, and option selection flow.

- Conduct regular meetings, issue escalations, and milestone reviews. Lead end-to-end process testing, including Sales configuration, data flow validation, and BOM rule testing.
- Document new processes, workflows, responsibilities, and governance models. Define governance for Super BOM updates, rule changes, and metadata maintenance.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
