Technical E- Learning Specialist

The opportunity:

Training & Development Instructional Design work focuses on developing training curriculum and materials for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas including: Analyzing employee learning needs and partnering with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content.

• Turning information into engaging and interactive online content with a user-friendly
• Interface
• Designing modern learning experience
• Developing and editing digital media content for online learning
• Supporting the further development of the e-learning platform
• Interface with training department to understand the requirements and translate them into training content.
• Support the Administration and continuous improvement of the HV Tech Academy
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background.

• Bachelor's degree in either education/media design/software management/Technical.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in developing e-learning contents
• Working knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS) like Articulate, Moodle, etc.
• Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc.
• Working knowledge of andragogical/pedagogical learning theory and instructional design
• Working knowledge of the latest digital learning trends excellent written and oral communication skills creativity and critical thinking.
• Knowledge in software development / SharePoint / PowerBI etc are added advantages for this role,.
