TA Team Leader- China
Accountabilities / Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand organization needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategy to support the execution of C&WP at functional or regional level.
• Identify, participate and potentially also lead various continuous improvement related projects. Effectively partner with the HR Operations to ensure coordination with candidates and hiring managers run smoothly and efficiently .
• Engage with key external agencies to ensure strong alignment and collaboration.
• Support change initiatives by communicating to the team members goals and orientation.
Team Management:
• Conduct team meetings to review progress, address challenges and share best practices.

• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Ensure consistent and effective use of the applicant tracking system
• Develop, supervise and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, Campus recruiters, and Sourcing Specialists providing guidance and support.
• Manage performance of the team by setting goals and review performance.
Growth and expansion.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve sourcing and employer branding strategies.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing through a network of dedicated Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcing Specialists to the same areas of focus.
• Reinforce internal talent identification process.
Requirements •
Bachelor's or master's degree and/or relevant work experience, Excellent command of English and Chinese. Experience in a similar role acquired in an in-house recruitment function managing people directly and remotely Knowledge of the industry sector is required Demonstrated ability to effectively source and attract candidates using various methods and platforms. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Track record of successfully delivered projects related to area of responsibility Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Lean Six Sigma certification is plus Track record of successfully delivered projects related to area of responsibility, Lean Six Sigma certification is plus
