System Engineer SCADA/EMS/DMS/OMS

The Opportunity
Provide hardware and software installation and configuration services to support the delivery of Hitachi's SCADA/EMS/DMS/OMS systems and applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering configured systems in accordance with product implementation standards approved by Network Control. This position will provide hands-on knowledge of regional market needs and contribute to standardizing the delivery process.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Setup and configuration of computers and servers, including: IP and network ID configuration, firmware updates, disk setup and partitioning, OS installation, and hardening
- Use of the automation tool Ansible
- Installation and configuration of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Basic installation and configuration of Oracle Database Software and other 3rd Party Software.
- Setup of system administration and security environment, including: Active Directory/group policy setup, user account creation,
- Installation and configuration of Network Manager multitier applications (SCADA/EMS/DMS/OMS).
- Administration of system software inventory and project release management, Cyber Security
- Firewalls configuration Fortinet
- Develop, coordinate, and implement plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing.
- Create or assist others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, and procedures.
- Create clear, detailed documents of as-built deliverables, including system diagrams, sizing, and configuration tables, and user policies.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networks in client-server environments.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBS, Linux Shell Script, or Perl.
- Advanced English (Mandatory).
- Availability to travel.
