Supply Chain Management (SCM) Continuous Improvement Specialist
The opportunity
At Hitachi Energy, continuous improvement is how progress happens. As an SCM Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will focus on improving how the business works-cutting through complexity, addressing inefficiencies, and shaping the tools and methods teams rely on every day.
You will work closely across Supply Chain Management to design better ways of working, facilitate Kaizens that deliver measurable results, and apply continuous improvement practices within our operating system. This role blends hands-on problem solving with strategic thinking, using data and structured methods to turn opportunities into standard work that scales.
Our tools set the standard. Our workshops turn ideas into action. And your work directly influences how the supply chain operates-supporting consistent execution, waste elimination, and a culture of continuous improvement across procurement, planning, and operations.
