Sub Territory Manager

The opportunity:
We are looking for a results-oriented Territory Manager to grow our business across Andhra Pradesh. You will be based in Vizag and will spend a lot of time traveling to meet clients. You will be in charge of selling our electrical and grid products and making sure our customers are happy
How you'll make an impact:
- Drive Business Development: Actively handle business development activities to promote our product portfolio, find new sales leads, and grow our customer base in the region.
- Sell Technical Products: Handle the sales of Transformers, High Voltage (HV) products, Grid Automation, Grid Integration, and related services.
- Plan & Meet Budgets: Plan the budget for new orders in your territory and ensure you consistently meet or exceed these targets.
- Talk to Top Management: Use your current contacts to meet and negotiate with CEOs, CXOs, and other top decision-makers.
- Work with the Team: Work hand-in-hand with our internal Business Unit (BU) Sales team to support clients smoothly.
- Solve Client Issues: Coordinate directly with the factory team to quickly resolve any customer problems or technical issues.
- Travel the State: Travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh to meet clients face-to-face.
- Delivery Results: Ensure payments are collected on time to maintain healthy Cash Flow Metrics.
- KPI: Orders Growth / DSO (Collection) / Revenue support /Opportunity growth in territory.
- Key c : Account Management.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
- Should have Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a Utilities/ Industry segment.
- Technical Product selling and Customer facing role (Min 5 Yrs).
- You already have strong contacts with top management (CEOs/CXOs) in the industry.
- Local language + English and Hindi.
- You must live in or be willing to move to Vizag.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required. (Local language + English and Hindi)
